We are an extremely customer focused, very experienced, accredited and personable team of account handling Engineers and 0 Sales people so you’ll never have any wide salesmen on monthly targets trying to oversell you stuff you don’t need but rather a more object oriented  approach to giving you a great service as we’re always looking to build lasting relationships with our clients by not just responding to your Mac support emergencies but by working with  you, understanding your workflow processes and making the most of the investments you've already made in your IT Equipment and providing support in a pro-active way to introduce improvements much like an in-house IT department would do and normally with time included on any agreement you might have with us.

We're also proficient on the Windows platform and are more than happy supporting a cross platform Environment. We are located in Central London right next to Charing Cross Tube and can be anywhere in London within an hour, equally we are well situated for surrounding Counties and most Berkshire, Surrey, Middlesex, Essex, Kent and Hertfordshire addresses are easily commutable, we can also normally provide Mac service and support to most places within the UK but please call for full details. 

We are competitively priced at £50 per hr (including Call-Out Charge) (Remote Support £35 per hr) but call us first and we'll give you a free consultation and quote
